Commission Overload Review!
Okay! I confess! Nothing, aside from my first real kiss, has gotten me this excited.
I am an incessant researcher. I love to shop. And I buy a ton of Internet Marketing courses, but I rarely say, “Buy this!” If you’ve been on my list for awhile, you know this is absolutely true.
And if someone asked me last week, “What would be the one marketing course you would recommend to make money online right away,” I would have said, “Well, that depends…”
Today I wouldn’t think twice. COMMISSION OVERLOAD IS THE ONE! And, I know what I am talking about.
I am totally blown away… I have never seen anything like this course before. Commission Overload lays out an incredible set of marketing strategies that are clearly spelled out. This is totally new material, totally new techniques. If you’ve been online for 10 years or 10 minutes, you’ll be astounded.
This is not a get rich quick scheme. No point and click software is involved.
EVERYTHING…but EVERYTHING…YOU NEED TO KNOW is covered by two super affiliates who have opened their secret ninja knowledge vaults to reveal their own strategies and are determined to make you a success…
One was even an affiliate manager in one of the largest CPA networks who now uses, and totally teaches you, the EXACT methods used by his seven top affiliates who were making over 100k monthly!
Yes, work is involved. But you don’t need a website. You don’t need keywords. You don’t need an SEO quality score. You don’t need back links. You don’t need anything you’ve been told you need to make real money online.
You just need to put Commission Overload into action. You get 15 hours of quality training, detailed step-by-step video instruction that spells out every aspect you need to know to set up and implement totally original campaigns. Nothing is left out, even the reasoning behind the campaigns is given.
I was lucky enough to pick this up as a WSO (Warrior Special Offer) test launch. But before I could shoot my list an email, it sold out. Over 1,000 copies sold in under 48 hours. If you know anything about the Warrior Forum, where marketers market to marketers, this is spectacular.
If you’re smart enough and lucky enough you’ll pick up this course. It’s the best CPA and beyond marketing course I have ever seen.
So why is Commission Overload so awesome?
First of all….
- It’s NOT your typical push-button software.
- It’s NOT THEORY. It’s time-tested methods that have been used by the creators for the past 8 years to create a seven figure business
It’s ONE OF THE LARGEST INTERNET MARKETING TRAINING COMMUNITIES ON ALL THE METHODS AND TECHNIQUES THAT YOU NEED TO CREATE A SEVEN FIGURE BUSINESS IN INTERNET MARKETING. Including….
- Product Creation
- List Building
- Affiliate Marketing
- CPA Marketing
- Forming profitable JV Relationships.

On Page SEO for WordPress Niche Sites
When you are building a niche site and opting for free search engine traffic, your on page SEO (search engine optimization) is critical. It’s not difficult to do, but it is vital that you SEO optimize EACH and EVERY page in your website for that particular page’s keyword or keyword phrase.
Before we go to on page SEO, a quick note about Selecting your Domain Name. Buy a domain name that is, or contains, your main keyword. It will give you a slight edge with the “bots.” For example, if you are selling, or are an affiliate for, let’s say, “Oriental wind chimes.” OrientalWindChimes is your best choice for a domain name.
Keep it simple, two or three words, best three words, tops four. Select only a .com, .net. or .org. The search engines prefer them.
If you can’t get your exact keyword, select a domain name that has an extra word in front or in back of your keyword, e.g., “BestOrientalWindChimes.com” or OrientalWindChimesSite.org. Many marketers advise against using dashes between the words. Others say dashes are no problem if it gets you the exact keyword domain name.
All in One SEO plugin for WordPress. Be sure to upload the All in One SEO plugin and activate it. With every post or page you set up, fill in the Title, Description and Keyword boxes with the exact keyword each page is targeting. You’ll find these “boxes” in the WP dashboard section under each page or post. Fill them in before you hit “Publish.”
Examples: One page on your site may have the title “Oriental Wind Chimes.” Another page might target oriental reed wind chimes, so this page’s title would be “Oriental Reed Wind Chimes.”
I have no idea if the search volume for these terms warrants using them as money keywords. They are arbitrary and just off the top of my head. The point is to use your keyword phrase in the title of your article and place it in the All in One SEO Title Box.
Fill in the Description Box using your keyword as well, e.g., “The Most Musical, Magical Oriental Reed Wind Chimes for all Occasions”
And list a few targeted key words in the Keyword Box, e.g., oriental wind chimes, oriental reed wind chimes, wind chimes, musical wind chimes (don’t overdo your keyword list)
While you are at your dashboard go to your permalinks section and tick the “custom box.” Change your permalink structure to /%postname%/ (just copy and paste it). This will give you a leg up in SEO.
Your post title should be a Headline 1 (H1) and contain your keyword or keyword phrase.
Your keyword should be in your first paragraph and definitely within the first fifty words and it should be in bold text.
Make sure the first image on your page has the exact keyword phrase you are targeting on that page as the “alternative text.”
Use your keyword again in an H3 or H2 heading, preferably above the fold, e.g.,
”The Healing Benefits of Relaxing Oriental Wind Chimes.”
Italicize your Keyword Phrase somewhere on the page.
And be sure your keyword is in the last 50 words on the page.
Sprinkle you keywords throughout your content. Don’t overdo or the bots might think you are “keyword stuffing.” A good rule of thumb is about 5 exact keywords in a 500 word article. You can sprinkle in LSI (latent semantic index) words that the bots will recognize as relating to your keywords.
You want to be sure that the Search Engines know what your page is about. In this case it’s Oriental Wind Chimes. But you don’t want to make it seem like you’ve built the page only for the bots. It’s important to keep your reader first and foremost in your mind when writing your content.
It’s a good idea to include a relevant video on your site whenever possible. It doesn’t matter if embed a YouTube video as long as it works with your content. It will give you added credibility with the bots.
Outbound links from your site to authority or high ranking sites can also build trust with the bots and help you to rank quickly. You can place these at the very bottom of your page (most customers won’t read down that far). You can also use a widget to list related information on the far right hand column (again, not too many of your readers will be distracted from your actual content or even see the list, but the bots will take note.)
Remember: Each and every page must be SEO optimized if you want traffic to that page.
Is Your Niche Keyword Profitable?
Since your keyword forms the foundation of your niche, a profitable niche is literally built on keyword research.
Everything you do to establish your online presence begins with your keyword. You’ll use your keyword to select your domain name. (It will give you a slight edge in ranking.) You’ll add keyword focused content to your website. And you’ll promote those keyword rich pages, building your back links, working to get top rankings for your pages.
If your initial keyword research is faulty and you’ve chosen a bad keyword, you might find yourself up against a huge wall of competition where it could take forever to get your pages ranked.
Worse yet, after promoting your site to a page one ranking, you find there is no market, no traffic, for your keyword. All of your efforts were a total waste of your time.
So, what makes a niche keyword profitable?
A good keyword is one that people are searching for, one that puts you right in front of your traffic, and one in which your competitors are either light weights or you can see that, in time with back link building, you can overtake your ranking competition.
Obviously, your best bet is to go up against light weights from the beginning. Or find a keyword where there is little or no competition. This way your promotion will be easy and you can rank quickly. On the other hand, if you are up against some heavy competition, but you are passionate about your keyword, have patience, and are willing to put in some work, odds are that, in time, you will rank.
So how do you begin to find a profitable niche keyword?
You can scour Amazon’s Best Sellers in each of their categories. You can go to the Dummies Books site and look over their listings. Google Trends will tell you what’s hot. Check Google News and the Wonder Wheel for ideas. Do an online search for “10 Top Selling Products.”
Profitable keywords offer a solution to a nagging problem. Keywords sought after by avid hobbyists can put you in front of some serious traffic. Or you could sneak up on a keyword by using trigger words, like “problem,” “solution,” “calculator,” “guide,” “how to,” “lessons”…and see what they turn up. Finding keywords can be great fun.
Once you have your prospective keyword, you’ll want reliable data to be sure people are indeed searching for your keyword and you also want to check out your competition.
Where can you find reliable data?
The free Google Keyword Tool can give you a good idea if your keyword is being searched for, and a Google Search will lead you to your competition.
In the Keyword Tool, type in your keyword, let’s say it’s golf swing. Click search.
You’ll see what is called a broad match listed in the Global and Local Monthly Searches. Don’t stop there. These numbers can be very misleading since they will be inflated.
To illustrate what I mean, go to the far left hand column. Under Match Types add [Exact] and “Phrase” and click Search again. Now you’ll see three different numbers for golf swing..
Golf swing, broad match, has 450,000 Global Monthly Searches
“Golf swing,” phrase match (seen in quotes), has 368,000.
And exact match [golf swing] (in square brackets) gets 18,100.
Big difference.
When someone searches Google for golf swing and hits Enter, the exact match is golf swing. Phrase match results will contain any phrase that has the words golf (and) swing next to each other (in the exact order) in a phrase, like…a famous athlete’s golf swing can… While broad match will contain golf and swing in any order, as in, now is the perfect season to swing into golf.
So to get the best data possible when researching your prospective keyword, always search for an exact match. Depending on what how targeted your keyword is (a precise make and model number is very targeted) and the cost of what you are promoting (say $200 – $300), an exact match of 500 in Local Monthly Searches just might pay off (although 1000 to 1500 would be better).
Many gurus will tell you to search Google with your prospective keywords in quotes to check out your total competition. Some say under 50,000 total results makes it a good keyword. But let’s think about this…
Are you actually competing with 50,000 results? Or are you really competing only with the sites ranking on Google’s first page.
So logically, your competition has nothing to do the total number of search results. Your competition is the site sitting in the spot you want.
So evaluate your competition by first checking their off page SEO to see if your site is able to rank and therefore worth building.
Find out the amount and quality of back links going to your competition. See how long they have have been on line… Are you up against an authority site? (I mean, you really can’t go up against sites like Wikipedia)…or a huge, heavily backlinked manufacturing site?
There are many free tools to help check your competition’s off line SEO: Rank Checker, FireFox’s SEO Quake (an add on), Traffic Travis can help with both on and off page SEO. For more tools, search Google and YouTube for “free SEO tools” and be sure to check out seomoz.org/tools.
If it’s a go, start building.

Four Deliciously Wicked PLR Tricks for Autoresponders
You can do nearly anything with PLR (private label rights) products. You can rename, rebrand, edit, sell or give them away as your own, bundle them with other products…in short, just about anything goes. You are totally home-free with Unrestricted PLR, but if your license says PLR (without the unrestricted) be sure to read it carefully for limitations. That being said, here are four great tricks for using PLR in your online business that I learned from Jason Fladlein.
Trick to create an awesome PLR autoresponder e-course that will wow your new opt-ins and subscribers alike.
Break a short, 7 to 10 page, PLR ebook into 200 – 400 word posts and load up your autoresponder. If your PLR is good quality, simply copy and paste. If the content needs little work, dress it up and/or expand it. What could be easier?
Drip out the information once a week, three times weekly, as you are comfortable. At the end of each lesson, add a call to action. something like,” If you want more in-depth information on (your ebook topic), Click Here.” The link might direct your subscriber to an affiliate product you’re promoting, another product you’ve created, a free bonus, or whatever your call to action might entail.
Tip: For new subscribers, free bonuses are great to add into the mix, especially during the first seven contacts. Potential customers need time to get to know you and are not apt to buy until the seventh hit.
Trick to sell a PLR ebook using PLR Autoresponders. To sell a meaty 70, or more, page ebook, give away the first few sections or chapters. Your upsell is the entire PLR ebook
Here’s how you do it: Break up the first chapters into a series of 15, 200 – 400 word posts. At three posts weekly, this gives you 5 weeks to build your relationship with your subscriber. Remember most people won’t purchase until the 7th contact. So, after every post, add, “If you would like to get the complete ebook….” or, “If you would really like to learn these strategies, Click Here.”
Another approach to use after your first post is to inform your subscriber, “This is only the first section of the ebook… If you would like the entire ebook, Click Here.” Your subscriber clicks onto your sales page. Yet another approach: “If you like this section, then you will really value the complete chapter. For the entire text, Click Here.”
In your next post, when you give away another part of the chapter, say, “If you like this post, it’s a continuation of the first chapter and you can get the complete ebook by Clicking Here.”
Continue dripping out the first segments. When you hit them with the last section of the first chapter, add this call to action, “This was the first chapter of…. If you would like every chapter, Click here!”
As you are dripping out the sections of the first chapters, someone might think, “You know, this looks interesting. I think I’ll buy it.” This is because they’ve seen it a few times, you are becoming more familiar to them, and they are starting to trust you. When someone first opts onto your list, the chance of a purchase is not high, but after several exposures your chances improve.
Trick to Use PLR autoresponders to sell an audio and/or video you’ve just created with the identical PLR content. Break up the entire PLR ebook you’ve used for the audio or video. Give out all the content as your email course. Your upsell will be the video and/or audio you made from the PLR content, or you might package all three: the complete ebook, the audio and the video.
A 70 page ebook could be broken down into 30 – 40 posts. At the end of each post, ask something like, “Would you like to watch me show you exactly how to do this in a video? or “Would you like to see this and much more demonstrated in a video? Then Click Here!” At the end of each email, your call to action is to purchase your video. Or, you might want to package your video with your ebook and an audio of you reading your ebook. Each could be priced separately with discounted combos.
Use the content to drip post after post until your prospects buy. You could even create an entire year of weekly posts, 52 emails, telling your subscribers they could get everything if they just Click Here.
Trick for the PLR autoresponder edge if you sell PLR products as part of your business. Purchase a separate, written PLR that is related to the one you have for sale. Break it into an autoresponder series and offer it as a bonus to the PLR you have for resale. For instance, if you are offering a PLR to an eat-and-grow-thin weight loss report for resale, you might pick up a related PLR on “The Best Foods to Eat at Your Favorite Fast Food Eateries to Become a Lean, Mean Eating Machine,” Break up the “favorite fast food eateries” PLR into an autoresponder series and include it as part of your PLR resale package. So your reseller gets not only your eat-and-grow-thin weight loss PLR to sell, but to help your reseller sell his main purchase, he also gets a bonus autoresponder series on ”becoming a lean, mean eating machine while munching at his favorite eateries.”
So, how about them tricks?
Beginning Your Online Business – Speed of Implementation
Congratulations! It’s a huge step to start your own online business. Besides navigating information overload and the financial aspects, you’ve just made a great investment in you.
“Why in me?” you ask.
Your decision, on a very important level, is you standing up to take control your life. Beginning your online business may become one of the most important growth steps you’ll ever take. You’ll find that many aspects of your character will come up for examination in the process of building your business – knowing first of all that the buck stops with you. It is you who is going to pull off this marketing thing, and realizing that there are really no magic bullets, no easy, breezy floats to the top of the money pile.
Beginning will be your biggest challenge – learning the lay of the internet terrain, the programs available and finding your personal “place.” Do you want to set up a Mini Site or network of Mini Sites? Is affiliate marketing where you belong? Or would you rather supply a service?
Focus will be another huge challenge. There are so many byways and rabbit holes to jump into, you’ll feel like Alice (or Alan) in Wonderland. But it is important to give at least 300% of yourself for whatever amount of time you allot to your IM research, even if it’s only an hour or two daily. Whatever aspect of your online education you undertake, whether it’s writing a sales letter, figuring out the best way to set up your site, or educating yourself on free marketing tools… give it your concentrated focus.
There is nothing casual about internet marketing. You have to know what you want, the kind of customers you want to attract and the type of business associations you want to make. Don’t misunderstand, you can change your direction…but focus on whatever direction you are taking. Concentrate on following that road while you are on it. Falling asleep at the wheel, or “scenic distractions” just won’t cut it.
The common denominator of successful people has been boiled down to three words “Speed of Implementation.” The second you get an idea, run with it, try it out, test it, see if it works. ACT ON IT! AND LEARN FROM YOUR ACTIONS!
Why are 3% of the internet marketers making real money on the net? Because most people sit around and think… should I do this…or that…but if I do, then maybe it will, maybe it won’t, and if this happens….or what if that…. They play the game in their minds, debate with themselves, wonder if that’s really what they want to do, worry if what they want will ever really happen, and they talk themselves out of doing rather than jumping into the arena and taking control of the real learning experience.
A successful painter friend used to say, “If you do the painting in your mind or talk about it long enough, you’ll never have to do it!”
Successful people ACT and LEARN FROM THEIR ACTIONS. They try out their idea and get feed back. They experience the effect.
Once you try it, experience it to really see how it works, you’ll see what skill you lack and need to implement. When you implement, you progress, you get to see results…YOU LEARN!
And once you learn something, go from there. Implement what you learn. If you take a course on list building. Run with it. Set up your autoresponder, Learn how to set up your squeeze page. Don’t mull the lessons over and over. MAKE IT HAPPEN!
YOU LEARN FROM DOING, GETTING FEEDBACK, SEEING THE RESULTS THE ACTION PRODUCED. There are no mistakes, just learning experiences.
You are involved in an intense personal growing process whether you realize it or not. More than a business process, it’s a self-training process. Congratulations and My very best wishes for your success.

Taking on Internet Myths and Partial Truths! 10 Partial Truths – Part 2
A major problem navigating the IM ocean are the many partial truths and directions that present themselves. You will have to do your best (not easy) to avoid “the kid in the candy store syndrome.” Lured from one shiny object – a beguiling course, piece of expensive software, or silver-tongued “guru” – to another can blur your focus. Ask yourself: What will this piece of software do for me? Do I really need it now? What do I expect from this course? Will it bring me to the next step? Evaluate the “fit” into your overall marketing strategy. However simple or complex your plan, keep your direction and focus on your goal!
So what are these partial truths?
Partial Truth #1. You don’t need a website to make money. The question is: how much money do you want to make? Making money with or without a site is going to take work. It’s probably easiest to make money with a site. It’s a valuable anchor for your sales funnel. Having your own real estate, your own digs, one with your own photo, allows you to become known, gives you credentials, brands you and identifies what you‘re all about. Think of your site as a place to welcome your “special” guests, have them sign your guest book, give them a gift of value, and invite them to the offers they are looking for.
Partial Truth #2. You don’t need to spend money to make money online. Relative to setting up a brick and mortar business, this is true. But you do have to be able, at the very least, to invest in a domain name and a web host. Don’t opt for freebies – your entire business can be wiped out at someone’s whim. To get things really going, it’s very important to have a sequential autoresponder for your list building.
Partial Truth #3. An exciting website is the key! One man’s excitement is another person’s clutter. Simple (even ugly) two-page, “to the point” sites can market very well. The real key is having a crystal clear objective and a site that reflects what your business is about. More important than design, is clarity of content. It will define who your customer is by clearly listing the benefits you offer to your prospect. Talk directly to him or her. Know what your prospect is looking for. Testimonials add credentials. And a clear call to action ranks over dazzling design (which may even distract your prospect from your offer).
Partial Truth #4. You need your own product(s) to make money. Not really. You can become an affiliate marketer and do very well. Not everyone wants to bother with customer issues. As an affiliate, you connect your prospect to the seller and you are done.
Partial Truth #5. More traffic means more sales! True, if that traffic is targeted… if you have a sales page that converts and… if you offer what your prospects are already looking for.
Partial Truth #6. The money is in the list! Yes, it is. But your list must be targeted, fresh, and the people on it must want to buy from YOU. It is vital to cultivate your list and build a rapport with your live (as in living, breathing human beings) prospects and clients. Keep your list interested. Make sure they are excited to recieve your posts. Cultivate good will – give a gift, establish your credibility before you ask for a purchase. Generally, response tends to fall off after someone has been on a list for awhile. Five thousand prospects on an old list may not be as responsive as a fresh, highly targeted list of 1,000 prospects. Keep it fresh!
Partial Truth #7. Killer copy is the most important. Important, yes, but a one- or two-sentence opt-in page and audio/video are edging out killer copy on some sites.
Partial Truth #8. Video is the best thing since sliced bread. According to many marketers, it’s darned close. But if you’re not comfortable with video, you may be better off with good sales copy. Other options might include having someone else record for you.
Partial Truth #9. Offer great products/services/information and people will come. Yes they will come…if…they know where to find you. You can build a great home on top of a mountain, but if people can’t get to it or don’t know it’s there…get the point? Besides a great offer, you need build roads, avenues, expressways to bring targeted traffic to your website. You can begin building with SEO optimization, article marketing, JV giveaways, posting in forums, PPC/PPV/AdSense advertising, social marketing, list swaps…. When traffic comes to your door, offer a free gift in exchange for an email address and have a sales page that can close the deal.
Partial Truth #10. You need a coach to take you by the hand and teach you. If you know someone who has done it, truly has the credentials, you can afford it, and want to go the private coaching route, life can be a whole lot easier. But on the other hand, gurus can cost a small fortune, be a big disappointment… and there are usually no refunds. Valuable content is available online for the research it costs. With time being your price tag, you can still make IM “dosh.”
